Really good value for the price. Small things chipped and dented here and there, but it’s to be expected. This might be the most put together management team for a place like this, especially in this area.

Moving to a new place has always stressed me out, yet moving to Woods Crossing was made easy, and the personnel were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I highly recommend not only this apartment complex, but the realty company that runs it. Adrienne R. has been so nice, and accommodating of my needs that it makes me even more excited to live here.

I moved here in March. The management was very helpful with my application, approval, and move in process. I am really pleasantly surprised at how well this place is kept and laid back. My guests who have come so far all said they feel like they were on vacation. The maintenance guy, Jesse, lives on site and is does an amazing job taking care of the grounds. The pool is sooo nice! He is very responsive to maintenance requests that are submitted using an online system. Lots of things are in walking distance including Smith’s and a McD’s with a playplace. I love it here!

Marian was also so extremely helpful, and I couldn’t have had a better time laughing with her, she is so enjoyable to be around! Same I can also say applies to Jesse. He was the first person who greeted me before I even talked to anyone in the leasing office. Such a wonderful team here! I feel so blessed!!!

This place is quiet and lovely. Lots of mature trees provide lots of shade making the apartments cooler in the summer. I just moved in and love the layout of the 1 bdrm, especially that the bathroom is not off the bedroom which a lot of other 1 bdrm apartments do. I am close to the pool area and kids playground and it is still quiet. The staff is awesome and wonderful to work with. Any maintenance issues get resolved quickly. Definitely like it here so far!

I move here and I had problems with the A/C and i call. Erica,she send her worker right away.I like it here,because is quite,nice people's at the office.
