Excellent communication and service I love it

Like most places there are good things and bad things. Overall, I don't mind living here but there are a some things that are annoying to deal with if you need to deal with them. The pet policy is great. The neighbors are outstanding. The ratio of rent and space is appropriate. The apartments are a bit older but they at least "try" to keep it up. Maintenance as a person, are very nice and extremely helpful! However, they lack in the getting the job done quick and easy. There is always some complication. But, in time, they get the job done right. As for the office, they are a different case. The person running doesn't seem to know much and doesn't get back to do you when they say they will. They never answer the phone during business hours.

Ethically flawed establishment. If you decide to rent from them they’ll ask for a 300 dollar “non refundable” deposit, they will not mention the 1000 dollars in fees they’ll surprise you with, in addition to rent, before you move in. It was appalling seeing how they conducted their business. To me it’s incredibly important to be able to trust the people managing your home. Will not not rent here, would not recommend renting here.
