I wish they offered recycling for trash. The dumpsters get so full and a large portion is recyclable. If they offered even 1 recycle dumpster, I think it would make a big difference. One thing I love about the place is just how pet friendly they are. Wish they would put in a dog park to accommodate the animals more. Otherwise, we love the place!

I love living here, my wife and kids love living here, it's so peaceful, beautiful, and we'll maintained. The whole staff is amazing especially Lilian the Manager, she's friendly, nice and understanding, defenitlde recommend people to live here.

Living at Woods Crossing was overall good. Just a few complaints; a window in my room leaked causing the dry wall to bubble. I had to contact them multiple times watching it get continually worse before it was fixed. Once it was fixed they did a great job at following up to make sure it was still good. My only other complaint was after moving out and having to make my finally payment. They removed me from the online portal before telling me my balance then my only option was to pay via Cashier Check. When I went out of my way to make the payment the office didn’t open on time and I wasn’t able to wait. I ended up having to pay for certified mail to get the check there which was very inconvenient and ended up costing me more. Apartment living isn’t great in any instance but Woods Crossing wasn’t my worst experience and their pet policy was really reasonable which I appreciated.
