My family and I have lived here for more than 7 years! Worst experience in my life! Bad maintenance, bad residence, bad service, bad quality, etc. The manager is disrespectful and when we have complaints, they will do absolutely nothing about it. We had a broken toilet for more than a year! When we told them about it, they did nothing! (Someone in our family had to fix it for us.) We also had a problem with our heater so they had to come and fix it (after practically begging for them again and again to fix the issue). They had to cut a hole in our wall to fix the situation but after 2 weeks waiting for them to patch it up, they never came. We went to the manager to ask about when they were going to come and patch the hole. She literally told us that patching the hole was our problem! We have had more issues with the place like broken windows, broken balcony, broken water system, broken laundry area, broken lights, broken locks, broken doors, broken blinds, etc. but I have decided to keep it short and just focus on the main issues of this horrible residence. We have been saving money to move out of this crappy place and now we are moving. They act incredibly nice and helpful to the newcomers but once you have lived here for more than a couple months, the true experience come out. They manipulate you to think that this residence is nice, but later they will ignore you completely. We just want to warn people that are actually considering this place to live. So please reconsider! Itâs unbelievable how bad the service, maintenance, and quality this neighborhood has!
