Leaving a review after living here almost a month, apartment is great! there’s pretty solid walls in my experience and the vaulted ceilings on the third floor are so nice, super cozy and nice layout, we’ve loved it so far, no complaints as of right now, wifi is good. Also good experiences so far with the property manager Erica, applying and moving went super smoothly and she’s been quick to reply to emails with any questions and she’s really kind from what i’ve experienced, the maintenance guy i’ve met has been really nice as well 👌🏻 overall good 😊 will update if anything changes with time but looking pretty great so far.

Awesome place so far; having both on-site maintenance and on-site management makes a huge difference. Quiet neighbors (so far!) and spacious floorplans. Older construction, but pet-friendly and google-fiber ready. Central heating and air makes a huge difference during the summers too. Erica C (on-site manager) has been fabulous to work with. She's consistently available in-person and via phone/email. I'd definitely recommend checking it out to see if it's your cup of tea!

Erica, property manager, is professional and friendly; Jesse, maintenance supervisor, is quick to respond, friendly, and keeps the grounds manicured; the apartment is cozy and affordable; and Google Fiber delivers its great internet service. Love this community!

This is a cozy place to live, the maintenance is quick and the property manager is helpful and understanding, plus gigabit internet availability and more affordable rent options.

(Translated by Google) We've been living here for almost two years now, and we love it. The staff is very attentive, and they find a way to fix anything that's wrong quickly. My only suggestion is that they install security cameras. I'm not the only one; other neighbors have also complained about missing boxes. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The manager Erica is the most professional manager I’ve had the privilege of working with. Erica took the time to actively listen to a problem I was having and she really listened. She also helped me come up with a plan and is on top of any requests for maintenance as well. Erica is the reason I will be renewing my lease. The complex itself is quiet and well maintained, but for me it’s all about the customer service.

So far my experience at Woods Crossing has been amazing! Erica is beyond amazing! She helped me get everything ready for me to move in. Our maintenance person is fantastic. The apartment I ended up in is a 2bed 1bath on the top floor, neighbors are quiet which is a huge plus from my previous apartment experiences. Rent is really well priced considering the prices everywhere else I’ve looked. The complex is clean, lots of parking, an option for covered parking, internet is included in rent, there’s a pool that’s open in summer. I’m so happy I picked this complex to call home. Updated Review: July 17, 2025 So I originally wrote this review when I moved into the complex Feb 2024. Things went down hill at this complex pretty quickly. I had no AC for over a year. When they said the problem was fixed it was right when fall hit and the temperatures cooled off so I was using my heater. That wasn’t the case. Summer 2025 came around and my apartment would not cool down. It would sit between 86-94° (photos of therm sitting at 84°) in my place. I complained, put in multiple maintenance requests and their response was that it was my fault it wasn’t working. Apparently I ran my AC too much which caused it to freeze over. I left the AC off for almost a week and when I turned it back on it froze back over less than 24hrs having it running (photo 2 unit frozen back over). I asked maintenance to fix it but I was again told it was my fault. I got a window unit that was supposedly going to cool off my whole apartment. It sort of cooled off my bedroom, the rest of the house was horrible. Next the “amazing” office manager Erica didn’t redo my lease properly and caused me to have an apartment for an extra month. Photos 3-9 are all from the intake vent under the AC unit. I had to pray the vent off to even be able to try to clean it properly as they just paint over them. Maintenance straight out told me after I had moved in that they don’t clean the air vents and ducts and haven’t since he started working there. Maybe had they cleaned these things there would be less HVAC problems. I was vacuuming the outside of the vent to remove pet hair. My garbage disposal went out twice and I was yet again told it was MY fault because I supposedly had put bones down my disposal yet I don’t put any form of meat down my garbage disposal as i know exactly what happens when you do. I am also 90% vegetarian and both times these incidents happened I was not eating meat at all. The complex can’t seem to keep an office manager and so there’s constantly temps and people quitting anywhere from 2-14 days of working there which makes getting maintenance requests actually done because there’s nobody in the office to approve the requests. I regret ever moving into this complex. Save your money go find somewhere a little more with less problems.
