I lived here for 5 years I thought the manager was pretty cool I loved living here ?? had to move because my family expanded and I needed more rooms.

These apartments are a joke! The office never answers the phone number and doesn't return calls when a voicemail is left. They advertise that they are open until 6pm, but if you try to hurry there after work you'll find they closed the office early. If you have a maintenance problem, don't expect it to be resolved or even looked at for a few months. When it does get looked at they don't actually fix it. The back patio doesn't drain when it rains so expect your living room carpet to constantly be wet. Worst management I have ever seen!

We love taco time in Woods Cross, besides the food, its mostly the service and people that work there that keeps us going back!

Like most places there are good things and bad things. Overall, I don't mind living here but there are a some things that are annoying to deal with if you need to deal with them. The pet policy is great. The neighbors are outstanding. The ratio of rent and space is appropriate. The apartments are a bit older but they at least "try" to keep it up. Maintenance as a person, are very nice and extremely helpful! However, they lack in the getting the job done quick and easy. There is always some complication. But, in time, they get the job done right. As for the office, they are a different case. The person running doesn't seem to know much and doesn't get back to do you when they say they will. They never answer the phone during business hours.
